A.S. Contractor & Supplier commenced operations in August 2003 at the Mathura Refinery — executing critical piping and structural steel work that set the benchmark for everything that would follow. Over two decades, we have grown from a regional firm into a nationally recognised industrial contractor trusted by PSUs, EPC giants, and Tier-1 construction majors.
Based in Dibiyapur, Auraiya (U.P.), our firm is built on three pillars: company-owned heavy machinery that eliminates third-party delays, a technically trained field workforce with deep domain expertise, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality at every site.

BORL Bina — Multi-Contract Expansion
Secured and executed multiple contracts at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited, Bina (M.P.) covering structural steel, U/G pipelines, EOT crane erection, and E&I work worth over ₹4 Crore cumulatively.
GGSR / HMEL Bhatinda — Refinery Scale-Up
Executed ₹4.62 Crore in structural fabrication, erection, and copper blasting at the Guru Gobind Singh Refinery in Bhatinda, Punjab — marking our entry into large-scale refinery projects nationally.
Power Sector Entry — Gannon Dunkerley
Diversified into thermal power with Gannon Dunkerley contracts at MUNPL/NTPC Meja, TPPP Allahabad, and Suratgarh Super Critical TPS — totalling over ₹7 Crore in structural steel erection.
GAIL Expansion — Pata & Vijaypur
Simultaneous structural and piping contracts at GAIL's U.P. Petrochemical Complex (Pata) and Vijaypur (M.P.) for Sunil Hitech, Tecpro, and Avinash EM — demonstrating multi-site execution capability.
Adani Power — Godda 2×800 MW TPP
Successfully completed ₹3 Crore in fabrication, erection, and commissioning at the Godda Ultra Super Critical Thermal Power Project in Jharkhand for SEPCO/Adani Power.
Panipat Refinery P25 — ₹9.01 Crore
Currently executing our largest single contract — ₹9.01 Crore structural steel package for Panipat Refinery P25 expansion under VRC Constructions/EIL/IOCL, reaffirming Tier-1 sub-contractor status.
